A tenancy agreement becomes legally binding when it is properly filled, signed by both landlord and tenant, and witnessed. DocOga drafts follow standard Nigerian practice. DocOga is not a law firm and does not give legal advice — for unusual or high-value deals, have a lawyer review before signing.
How much does a lawyer charge for a tenancy agreement?

What is a caution fee / security deposit?
